About Us

Made by Hand,
Knot by Knot.

Our Mission

Keeping the craft alive, on your terms

Our Vision

The manufacturer you call first

To be the manufacturer wholesale buyers call first when they need a rug made exactly to spec — custom size, custom colour, custom quantity — without the markup or the wait of going through a middleman.

How a Rug Gets Made

Depending on construction, a rug moves through hand-spinning and dyeing yarn, knotting or tufting on a loom, washing, and finishing. Hand-knotted pieces are the slowest and most durable; hand-tufted pieces trade some of that durability for faster turnaround and lower cost. Every order is checked against spec before it's packed for export.

Why Work Direct With a Manufacturer

Going direct means the person approving your sample is the same one running production — no middleman layer between your spec and the factory floor. That's what makes true customization and private label programs possible at wholesale pricing.

Behind the Scenes

Filmed in our workshop

No staging. This is how a rug moves from yarn to finished piece.

The workshop floor Yarn, frames and finished rugs share one floor.
Dyeing the yarn Hanks are dyed and lifted on wheels to drain.
Colour matching Mixed and checked against your reference.
Trimming Excess backing is cut away with shears.
