We make a sample for your sign-off, and bulk production is checked against it for size, colour and finish.

Every order is checked against the approved sample for size, colour and finish. Photos or video of your order are available before dispatch on request.

Brief
You send construction, size, quantity and a reference. We reply with questions, if any, and a quotation.

Sample
We make a sample or strike-off. You approve it, or ask for changes, before anything goes to bulk.

Your order is woven or tufted, washed and finished, then inspected against the approved sample.

Shipment
We pack, label and prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin for your destination.
Terms
What We Confirm on Every Quotation
Minimum quantity, sample and production lead times, payment terms and shipping terms differ by construction and by order size. We set them out in writing on your quotation, before you commit to anything.
